In this written reflection exercise, we are invited to tune in to our emergent response to the questions, “What do I need?” and “What do I need to hear?” to help find our own personal lovingkindness phrases. Please only try this exercise if you already have some self-compassion training under your belt, as it is a reasonably advanced practice.
