No sound occurred….?
Glad you listened to this meditation, dear Sheila. Were you concerned that there was no specific sound in the meditation to focus on? If so, it’s the sounds in your environment that you’re invited to bring awareness to, not something in the recording. I know this can feel a bit strange if you have headphones or earbuds in, blocking out sounds in your environment 🙂 This meditation might be best done without headphones <3
