Breathing in the qualities of courage in your belly, compassion in your heart and wisdom in your head. Drawing in qualities to center you and see you through your day.

Very helpful for anxiety and/or pain. It is gentle and positive, great for times when I am not really looking to excavate and work on big issues because I may not even feel so safe in the present moment. But now, after doing this, I do feel safe and pretty darned good about my situation and myself.
So glad this meditation resonated for you, dear Holly. I really appreciate you pointing out that this is a nice meditation when you’re not looking to “excavate”! Hopefully that’s a good tip for others interested in this meditation. Thanks so much for commenting <3
What Holly said: A meditation like a warm blankie… ❤️
Ahhhhhh, just reading “warm blankie” makes me feel good <3
I was feeling some anger in my body this morning, so did the Breathing Courage Compassion Wisdom meditation to tend to myself. I found stability in my belly, compassion for my pain in my heart, and the wisdom to know that there are some compromises I have the ability to make right now in order to move toward my personal and professional vision. These helped to tend to the anger – this is not a permanent situation, and I can handle it in the short term.
