Thank you Kristy for this meditation. I did it before bed after a day of both a migraine and a flare up of chronic low back pain. My whole body settled as I called home all my unwanted aspects and emotions that I’d been battling or suppressing all day and gave each one a soft landing place in my center. Much gratitude to you.
