Choose Move and Soothe Tension (20 minutes)

This practice invites us to let our body know that we are in choice through offering our body movement and soothing in response to tension. Connecting that movement to the cognitive and felt experience that we are, in fact, in choice in this moment. This practice can support us in moving out of Overwhelm.
