Kristy Arbon is the founder of HeartWorks and the Administrative Director the Center for Mindful Self-Compassion (www.CenterForMSC.org). Martin Thomson-Jones
Martin Thomson-Jones, PhD, first encountered loving-kindness meditation when he took MBSR from Mary Love May in Chapel Hill, North Carolina in 2010, and from there he gradually found his way to Kristin Neff and Christopher Germer’s work. A philosophy professor at Oberlin College, Ohio, and has also taught philosophy at Princeton University and U.C. Berkeley. His research is primarily in the philosophy of science.
