Self-Compassion, Mindfulness, Emergent Self-Wisdom with Kristy Arbon
Somatic Self-Compassion (SSC) is a skills training program that helps you tap into your motivation for being kind to yourself, demystifies why our body feels the way it does in response to stress, teaches you how to soothe emotions in the body, and supports you in an ongoing practice of self-compassion.
The Somatic Self-Compassion 2-hour Online Workshops offer a short introduction to SSC followed by an exploration of the science and theory behind understanding stress in our body and a practice designed to address each source of stress.
The pre-recorded, self-paced workshops are facilitated by Kristy Arbon, the developer of the Somatic Self-Compassion program.
Each two-hour workshop will be offered online to view as a video.
