How is it to extend kindness to someone we love and a part of ourselves we love; someone we respect and a part of us we respect; someone we dislike and a part of ourselves we dislike? Aren’t we all just trying to be happy?

Super great. First 2 sections opened me up to the more difficult tasks of having compassion and loving kindness for the more wounded and wounding people and parts of myself at the end. Very healing. THANK YOU!

Hello dear Holly. I’m so glad this meditation resonated for you. And I love that the first two sections helped open you up to being with more challenging parts of yourself and more challenging relationships with others. Glad you were able to access that source of inner strength. I really appreciate you commenting, my friend.

Oh–the audio skips a bit starting at 21:28, but it’s not a big deal. Just FYI 🙂

Ah, thanks for letting me know, dear Holly. I’ll see if I can do a little editing in the audio file to fix that. Really appreciate the feedback, my friend.
