How is it to extend kindness to someone we love and a part of ourselves we love; someone we respect and a part of us we respect; someone we dislike and a part of ourselves we dislike? Aren’t we all just trying to be happy?

Super great. First 2 sections opened me up to the more difficult tasks of having compassion and loving kindness for the more wounded and wounding people and parts of myself at the end. Very healing. THANK YOU!
