I have never experienced such loving kindness and compassion than I did right now with your meditation. That was the most incredible journey through the authentic rawness of human emotion, brought to light, and then loved to become healed.
Ironically, I was experiencing sadness and loneliness all day today. Even though I noticed my feelings and physical symptoms, I didn’t know how to take the next steps using compassion. So I sat with the pain of sadness. “You are allowed to be here,” what an incredible, simple concept! As I closed my eyes I followed you throughout the meditation, allowing the entire process to unfold, slowly….I could actually “work with” so many areas of my body to help soothe and calm. It was like hard clay because of my resistance, but the more I worked with it, it became relaxed, soft, smooth, and without a shape anymore.
This was absolutely a turning point in my meditation practice and I’m sincerely grateful for your courage to share such intimate moments.
    “It matters to this one…..”
    Namaste
