Payment (for HeartWorks-managed courses only)
Unless otherwise arranged, payment is due in full at time of registration. We accept credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, checks and bank transfer.

You will be placed on a waiting list until your payment is received and confirmed. You are advised to make your payment as soon as you register, to avoid disappointment.
Cancellation Policy
- Your fee will be refunded in full if we are notified at least 3 weeks before the event, that you need to cancel your registration. If PayPal has collected a non-refundable fee, then your fee will be refunded minus PayPal’s fee.
- A $50 service fee will be retained if you cancel up to one week before the event.
- No refunds are available later than one week before the event, except for compassionate reasons.
