About Kristy Arbon

Founder of HeartWorks, creatrix of Somatic Self-Compassion and developer of Live Online Mindful Self-Compassion for the Center for Mindful Self-Compassion, Kristy Arbon is an Australian living and loving in the US. After discovering the deep healing power of emergent self-wisdom and self-compassion in her own life, Kristy felt called to share these practices and trainings with others. Hi,

I’ve only just discovered this website – very glad I did 🙂 – and as such I clicked on ‘start here’ to then follow that up with the first suggested option to read a blog.
Now I’m confused though, because I selected the blog topic ‘trauma’, but on opening the webpage shows only Kristy Arbon’s short biography. There is no blog on trauma or even an option to be redirected to a possible blog site.
Perhaps I need to create an account first to be able to see the blog(s) and/or other material on the site?

Thanks a lot in advance for your assistance
